The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has expanded Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) submission regulations to include Part 91 operators. The new regulations will require more detailed information about your aircraft, as well as crew and passenger manifest information. In addition, the regulations affect all international flights inbound and outbound
for the U.S.
Full compliance is in effect as of May 18, 2009.
