Effective February 1, 2007, the 10 member states of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) require that all airlines and passenger vessels submit Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) manifests prior to arrival in, departure from, and travel between any member states.* Unlike current APIS requirements for the United States, CARICOM requirements are in effect for all aircraft and passenger vessels — commercial and private, affecting both Part 135 and Part 91 operators.
