With FlightPak Hosted(sm), our Software Support Desk takes care of your updates, availability, and backups. Your flight department has anytime, anywhere access to powerful, easy-to-use scheduling software that adapts to your operation's needs.
Configuration details
- User license packages (purchased in blocks of five users) determine the number of users that access FlightPak® through the Hosted interface at the same time.
- You provide FlightPak Support with a list of user names; Universal maintains all user names, additions, changes, and deletions for Citrix server access.
- Access FlightPak remotely (through software located on servers in Houston, Texas) using Microsoft® Internet Explorer® (5.0 or higher) and Windows® 2000 Professional or Windows® XP Professional.
- Universal performs nightly data backups, and applies all Airport, Logistics, Daylight Saving Time, and version updates to your FlightPak system.
- Your data resides in its own database directory. No other client will have access to your operation's data.
FlightPak Hosted Fees
The Setup Fee for FlightPak Hosted includes the additional hardware, software, and personnel required to configure the remote solutions environment. The Annual Fee is inclusive of yearly user fees, hardware, software, and personnel to support and maintain the remote environment. The FlightPak Annual Support Fee is charged separately.
