FlightPak Onlinesm
This Web-based module allows out-of-office flight personnel to check on upcoming trips through the eight FlightPak Scheduling Calendar views.
FlightPak Hostedsm
Universal® will host and maintain your copy of FlightPak for use over the Internet, allowing your personnel to access all aspects of FlightPak from any location that has an Internet connection. With a Web site address, login and password protection, your operation gains flexibility - and Universal maintains security as a high priority.
Universal Locatorsm
This convenient tool enables you to quickly look up airports, hotels, vendors and other customized data in more than 350,000 cities worldwide. You can even search by city to pinpoint proximity and view airport specifics and logistics data in textual and map displays.
Charter Quote
Created specifically for charter dispatching, this module generates accurate charter quotes, itineraries and invoices for charter operations. It creates fully detailed or quick, simplified quotes based on your needs. The comprehensive database maintains a list of your customer preferences. Charter Quote also includes time-saving features, including a "one-button transfer" from a quote to tripsheet status for detailed scheduling in the Preflight Module.
Utilities Option
Enables you to quickly obtain time, distance and wind data, as well as base operating costs for any single aircraft, or for comparisons between aircraft for a given mission. You can also access airport and logistics data, as well as plan itineraries that can be transferred to the Preflight Module to eliminate duplication.
Corporate Travel Request
This easy-to-read, plain-language format enables nondispatch personnel to submit requests for corporate aircraft, change existing schedules and print itineraries for corporate passengers.
