MEOC: Facilitating successful trips

International and regional business in the Middle East continues to diversify as part of the global economy. In support of this continuing growth, Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. has expanded our presence to meet the needs of operators based in, and traveling within, the region.

The Middle East Operations Centre (MEOC), operated by Universal Aviation Middle East, will provide a regional hub for trip support services. The centre will be tasked with meeting the area's unique needs from its location in Dubai.*

  • Security arrangements

All services will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, the MEOC team will facilitate permit acquisition and management by building direct relationships with issuing authorities in the region.

Universal Aviation ground services in Dubai

In addition to trip support services through the MEOC, Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. now has a presence at the Dubai International Airport.
