At Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., we are committed to meet the evolving needs of Europe-based operators. With this in mind, we created the European Operations Centre (EOC), operated by Universal Aviation (UK) Ltd. in London. As travel within Europe continues to grow, the EOC expands its services to fit operators' unique requirements.

The EOC is specifically tasked with serving flights in and around Europe.

Employees are experienced professionals, well versed in European corporate aviation and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From its location at London-Stansted Airport, the centre handles a wide range of support services for regional operations.

The EOC drafts and pre-files flight plans, as well as creating custom weather briefings for your trips. Our staff also monitors all daily European routing schemes, airway slots, and Eurocontrol flight plan filings and routing conflicts.

In addition, the centre offers assistance with:

• Overfly and landing permits
• Security
• Ground handling
• Fuel arrangements (through UVair® Fueling Card)

The European Operations Centre also notifies clients of country-specific changes that may impact planned trips, such as slot changes, PPRs, parking time changes, runway changes, insurance requirements, and more. Through UVflightplanner.com(sm), we also deliver Eurocontrol and RAD-compliant flight planning over the Internet.

Eastern Europe expansion

The European Operations Centre offers full trip support services to Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, and Belarus. Clients operating in and through these nations may work with EOC staff to plan flights, obtain permits and documentation, coordinate ground handling arrangements, and more.
